The Central Market project focuses on the exploration and documentation of traditional vaulted structures within the context of Burkina Faso's Central Market. It aims to revive and celebrate the architectural heritage of Burkina Faso by studying the design, construction techniques, and cultural significance of these unique vaulted structures. Through the construction photos we were able to reconstruct a model vault from clay bricks with mortar holding each bricks as a way to pay homage to the region's rich cultural identity and historical practices
